By cancelling this reservation, you are subject to our cancellation policy. If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours (72 hours for keratin treatments and extensions), you will be charged 50% of the total service fees. By committing to cancel, you agree to the cancellation policy.

Here is a list of our New Mandatory Safety Standards:

  • Mask wearing is optional and we respect your decision. If you have been fully vaccinated but still want to wear your mask, our professionals will pair-up with you if this makes you feel more comfortable. If you have not been fully vaccinated, we encourage you to wear your mask during your visit to the salon.
  • We will be leaving extra time throughout the day to disinfect all tools and to wipe down each workspace.
  • Client garments, capes, robes, and towels are always one-time use per client and then laundered on site.
  • We will be disinfecting heavy traffic areas and high touch surfaces such as, but not limited to, shampoo chairs and restrooms hourly.
  • We have hand sanitizers available for your use throughout the salon.

What is required of our clients?

  • If you have been ill or have any symptoms such as fever, headache, sore throat, coughing, etc., and those who are particularly vulnerable to COVID-19 according to CDC guidelines, you are encouraged to stay home.
  • We ask that you refrain from bringing friends, family, children and/or pets to your appointments.
  • Everyone must use the hand sanitizer made available to you upon entering the salon.
  • Please come on time for your appointment with clean, dry hair.

Check In

Please check in on your mobile phone 15 minutes prior to your visit. Please be on time.

Late Arrivals

We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals. Calling ahead provides us the best opportunity to assess the situation. However, calling ahead does not always guarantee that we will be able to provide service, especially if your arrival is later than originally anticipated.

No Refund Policy

As a salon, we pride ourselves on great customer service and the exceptional quality of our work. We will do our very best to ensure that all of our guests are satisfied with every service provided. Due to many variables, sometimes things do not go as expected and/or desired results can not be achieved. As a salon, our number one priority is guest experience and satisfaction. We ask that any guest who needs an adjustment to their hair reach out to us within 48 hours of the original service. Please be aware that shampooing the hair within 48 hours will affect what adjustments can be made. Depending on the nature and cause of the adjustment needed, we will determine the proper course of action. While these adjustments can be made, NO REFUNDS will be issued. By agreeing to receive the service, the guest agrees to pay the full amount of the service total upon completion of the services that same day.


Gratuities are given directly to your service provider using either cash or Venmo. Our salon coordinators can provide assistance with Venmo access for your service provider. We are unable to include gratuities with your credit card payment for service.

Gift Cards

Gift cards may be purchased in person. We do not accept returns on gift cards. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or gratuity. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Cell Phones

Please allow our team the opportunity to provide the best service possible by refraining from phone calls during service. This consideration is appreciated by fellow Clients as well.


We welcome children’s appointments. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 10 as visitors.

Product Returns

We offer product exchange or merchandise credit on most retail items within 30 days, when accompanied by proof of purchase. No cash or credit card refunds. We do not accept returns on brushes, blow dryers, flat irons or curling irons.

Color services

All of our color services are broken down on your service ticket and our booking schedule individually. These services do NOT include a blow dry or haircut finish. If you would like to book a finish please let our salon coordinator know. That is considered a separate service and will be an additional charge. We can not guarantee we will have space in the salon available for self-blow dries.
